Individual therapy

Individual therapy is a safe and confidential place to process and heal. Specialities include: depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, self-esteem, relationship issues, grief, life changes, and everyday stressors.

I will implement a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused, mindfulness-based approaches, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and others to help clients reach their goals.

Telehealth

Individual Therapy can be offered online through a HIPAA compliant platform. This form of therapy provides flexibility and convenience of connecting in the comfort of your home.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is used to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences and life events. EMDR engages client in Bilateral Stimulation primarily. Bilateral Stimulation is a mechanism that activates both sides of the brain, which allows for the processing of memories, emotions, and incidents that are stuck in the nervous system. EMDR aims to help clients reprocess traumatic memories, reduce their emotional intensity, and develop coping skills.
